I did it! Dumplings

I've been wanting to make homemade dumplings for a super long time, because I love them, but them seem like so much work! I found a recipe that I liked over at steamy kitchen (here) and altered it a little bit to my own taste (didn't use pepper or onion and added some fresh lemongrass).

cut up cabbage

grated ginger
cabbage with everything but pork
added pork
work station
mix in wonton wrapper
wontons before cooking
