Here is a new use for an old vase

Kale Chips

Okay, these are easy, amazing and addictive.

Break up a bunch of Kale (take the stems off, no stems!!!) and season with salt and pepper and olive oil.  Cook in the oven until slightly brown. 

Steak

I love steak.  This is a great easy recipe.  This is easiest with a thin cut of steak, but best to be pounded.  Then stuff with kale and mozzarella and cook however you want! I sauteed it, and just seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.  

Aliens

The hole where my feeding tube was has not really healed up yet and it makes it look like an alien maybe abducted me and I came back with two belly buttons.  I would show you a picture but it's really not all that pretty.  Maybe if I can get a good one I'll post it here
